Dahlia Patsalides

Dahlia specialises in VAT and deals with a wide range of technical matters for our clients. She has knowledge and experience in most areas of VAT including partial exemption, transfers of going concerns and international / EU trade.

Dahlia particularly concentrates on the property sector, advising commercial and residential property developers, investors, contractors and landlords, as well as charities, housing associations and solicitors on various complex VAT issues. Before joining MacIntyre Hudson, she worked for Smith & Williamson and headed the VAT team at their North London office. Dahlia is an Associate of the Institute of Indirect Taxation.
