Laurence Whitehead

Laurence is one of the firm's specialist corporate financiers and sits on the board of MacIntyre Hudson Corporate Finance Limited. He is well connected in the corporate finance world, having previously been employed at one of the "Big 4" firms for nine years, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and as a Member of the UK Securities Institute. During this time Laurence spent several years working on assignments in Russia and the Middle East and also spent over a year as a member of their London-based Private Equity Team.

At the Insider Dealmakers Awards 2009, Central & East of England, Laurence was named the 'Dealmaker of the Year'. The MacIntyre Hudson Corporate Finance Team also won the 'Team of the Year' award.'

Laurence has been awarded the "CF" designation by the ICAEW in recognition of his experience in the field of corporate finance. He is married with two sons, aged six and five. In his spare time, he enjoys football, tennis and keeping fit and also enjoys good wines!
