Martin Herron

Martin's particular strength lies in developing in-depth knowledge of his clients' businesses before transferring his commercial skills to them. He believes that small opportunities are often the beginning of great enterprises. On many occasions he has taken on the role of Finance Director for clients to advise a Board on financial and strategic matters.

Without taking them as models, he can't help but enjoy watching two of the worst businessmen in history: Basil Fawlty and David Brent.
