Martin is a highly experienced tax adviser specialising in all aspects of tax advice required by owner managed businesses, including profits extraction, executive incentives, MBOs and MBIs, mergers and acquisitions, demergers, exit planning, corporate restructuring and VAT.

He relaxes by indulging his passion for music, having formerly taught cello, and by tending to the garden at weekends on his estate in Provence.
