Creating quality, building integrity
It's not enough to care about quality and talk about integrity. Both these abstract qualities have to be acted on:
- Through a rigorous quality control procedure we insist all our people live up to the highest and, most challenging, standards.
- In terms of integrity - and putting it bluntly - we will do nothing to jeopardise our reputation, integrity and independence, and we value them far more than any single principal, contract or client. Principals must be certain that a new client will not compromise him or herself, fellow principals or the firm. To reinforce this policy, we make sure the loss of a client cannot endanger the health of the firm - we have to be able to deliver bad news without worrying about the implications.
