We are delighted to announce the completion of the MBO of Expamet. The MBO team was led by Nigel Dickinson. Funding was provided by GE Capital, the management team and a private overseas investor.
We are very pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of Pump & Package by Utile Engineering for an undisclosed sum.
We assisted Utile in its negotiations with the owners of Pump & Package and also advised during negotiations with the bank on funding requirements and structure. The successful completion of this deal in the current tough economic climate demonstrates the strength of the proposition.
We were able to display our team’s track record and experience in M&A transactions, despite the difficult market conditions, and are delighted with the outcome for all parties involved.
