Peter Petyt

Peter qualified with Deloitte and spent over ten years in industry before commencing a career as an adviser with Pridie Brewster Corporate Finance. He was subsequently Head of Corporate Finance at both UHY Hacker Young in London and BTG McInnes in London before running his own Corporate Finance boutique for just over two years. Latterly he was Partner in Charge of Corporate Finance and Consulting at BDO in Bahrain.

Peter is a former Deputy Chairman of the Corporate Finance Faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and is co-founder of the Middle East Network of the Faculty.

Peter advises on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions and company sales. He has specific expertise in the following sectors: Clean Technology, Agribusiness, Professional Services, Media and Technology, Manufacturing, Leisure and Entertainment, Construction and Real Estate. He has specific experience in helping businesses expand in the Middle East.
