Angus has over 20 years of corporate tax experience in practice and is both CTA and ACA qualified. He joined MHA in 2013 through a merger with a single office firm in Reading. Prior to that Angus spent the first 7 years of his career at KPMG in both corporate tax and audit departments.
Angus specialises in complex corporate tax compliance, tax accounting and the audit of tax. He is a core member of the firm’s Tax Audit and Accounting Group.
Experience has been gained across a variety of sectors including technology, manufacturing and distribution, professional practice and natural resources. Angus has also been on a number of secondments to multi-national companies which has given him valuable experience of working in industry.
In addition, Angus advises on all corporate tax matters including transfer pricing, R&D and group restructuring.
Outside of work, Angus has rowed since an early age and is still an active member of his local rowing club. He has also recently been a school Governor, chairing the resources committee for 6 years.
