Martin joined MHA in 2017 having spent 16 years working in the assurance team of a top 5 firm and having been in the profession for 27 years. Martin deals with a mixed portfolio of clients but has particular sector specialisms in healthcare and professional practices.
In addition to his audit and accounting work Martin has been involved in many other areas of advice such as in the areas of client money accounting and the related regulatory issues, mergers and acquisitions particularly in the professional’s space, funding, business structuring and incorporations, benchmarking and so on.
Martin’s preferred way of working is through face to face client relationships where he has the opportunity to really understand the clients business and offer support and advice based on both the personal and corporate aspirations of the client.
Outside of work Martin is married with three children who keep him busy. He is also a keen cyclist and enjoys a day’s fly fishing when the weather is fair.
