Nathan Sutcliffe

Nathan is a Tax Partner focussed on looking after large and growing corporates alongside advising on transactions.

Nathan works across a range of industries but has become particularly familiar with automotive, logistics and technology businesses through working on tax advisory projects from structuring to accessing tax reliefs.

In addition, he works closely with our corporate finance team on transaction tax advisory matters – both due diligence and deal structuring. Recent projects have included:

• Project Triangle – acting for a US PE firm on the acquisition of a UK education business
• Project Bronze – acquisition of a UK motor dealership group by a AWR
