Paul joined MHA in 2013 following a merger with a small boutique firm and is an Audit Director in the Thames Valley office. Paul is very familiar with ongoing company compliance procedures under UK GAAP and IFRS, with experience in US GAAP and is the main contact for the audit of and, occasionally, preparation and delivery of the statutory accounts.
Paul looks after a wide-ranging portfolio of limited company audits from OMBs to large corporates with turnover of £100m+, including several UK subsidiaries of international groups. Paul’s clients are predominantly focused on the technology industry, including e-commerce and various cloud and app-based software, however, also include various companies in the recruitment and toys and games sectors. He works closely with a number of global companies on a financial reporting basis and has been involved in a number of advisory projects to the motor sector.
Paul also provides support and solutions to audit teams and staff in the Thames Valley office, assisting the Staff Engagement Partner with staff-related issues.
In his spare time, Paul enjoys spending time with his family and enjoys watching all sports, with a keen interest in football, cricket, baseball and darts, and is a long-time sufferer of Wycombe Wanderers FC in particular.
