Victor has co-authored a highly respected book on Intellectual Property law, writes for a number of tax and business publications and lectures widely on the subject. He sits on the Corporation Tax sub committee and the Small Businesses Working Group of the Chartered Institute of Taxation as well as being a council member of the Institute of Indirect Taxation.
