Mike is head of the Corporate Finance Team in London and the South East. Involved in corporate finance deals since 1995, Mike has built up extensive experience in acquisitions, disposals, MBOs and raising finance. As owner managers will only have one shot at the transaction, Mike stresses that they must get it right. Cutting corners inevitably leads to expensive mistakes and he urges all parties to take advice from experienced professionals.
