CPA presentation
MacIntyre Hudson has been recognised as one of the longest-serving members of CPA Associates, the international networking organisation of which the firm is sole UK member.
A plaque marking 20 years' membership was presented to Howard Lewis during the closing dinner of the CPA international meeting in Hawaii. Howard, who is based in the firm's City office, is chairman of the CPA regional group covering Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Said Howard: "We were the first non-American member of CPA in 1983, since when the organisation has grown to 126 members representing 59 countries." The firm is the 11th longest-serving member.
As globalisation becomes a way of life, and more companies look for cross-border business opportunities, CPA has become a thriving network of expertise and professional advice. "More and more members, not least ourselves, are getting referral work both in and out," said Howard.
"There has been a snowballing of referrals in the last few years and as a result of being able to consistently deliver what clients and associates want, relationships are going from strength to strength."
