Return of corporate finance expert, Laurence Whitehead

MacIntyre Hudson is fuprther strengthening its offering to clients with the return of corporate finance expert and principal, Laurence Whitehead.

Laurence, who has spent the past year with KMPG working with international clients in Kuwait, returns to MacIntyre Hudson to take up the positions of principal and Director of MacIntyre Hudson Corporate Finance Ltd (MHCF) working alongside fellow directors Mike Kay and Rabby Persaud.

Laurence, who has a wealth of experience to offer clients, said he was delighted to be back.

“I am very excited about the future.” he said. “MacIntyre Hudson is a great firm with a strong team of talented people and a wide scope of services which clients really want. Our solid team, across all areas, is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals. There are a lot of opportunities to pursue and I’m looking forward to working with clients and contacts, old and new.”

The team at MHCF negotiates deals of around £2 million to £25 million, and specialises in corporate acquisitions, management buyouts and buy-ins, corporate disposals, fundraising, flotations, valuations and strategy reviews.
