Return of corporate finance expert, Laurence Whitehead
MacIntyre Hudson is fuprther strengthening its offering to clients with the return of corporate finance expert and principal, Laurence Whitehead.
Laurence, who has spent the past year with KMPG working with international clients in Kuwait, returns to MacIntyre Hudson to take up the positions of principal and Director of MacIntyre Hudson Corporate Finance Ltd (MHCF) working alongside fellow directors Mike Kay and Rabby Persaud. 
Laurence, who has a wealth of experience to offer clients, said he was delighted to be back.

Our solid team, across all areas, is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals. There are a lot of opportunities to pursue and I’m looking forward to working with clients and contacts, old and new.”
The team at MHCF negotiates deals of around £2 million to £25 million, and specialises in corporate acquisitions, management buyouts and buy-ins, corporate disposals, fundraising, flotations, valuations and strategy reviews. Brendan Sharkey, Chairman of the MHCF board, said: “Laurence was always a tremendous asset to MacIntyre Hudson, and his return is great news for the firm and its clients who will all enjoy the benefit of his skill and expertise.”
