High flying Gemma promoted across to Corporate Finance

MacIntyre Hudson Corporate Finance Limited has expanded its team – with the new addition of Gemma Lipscomb.

The 26-year-old, who joined the MacIntyre Hudson accountancy practice seven years ago as an audit trainee, has been promoted to Corporate Finance Executive at MacIntyre Hudson Corporate Finance Limited and will report to director Rabby Persaud - whose team takes care of the corporate finance requirements of owner managed clients in the Midlands and Home Counties.

Gemma said: “I am pleased to have the opportunity to work in this well known and respected deal-making team. Corporate finance is complex by nature, so I am looking forward to the challenge - and assisting with the increasing number of management buyouts and corporate acquisitions in the region.”

Gemma, previously based at MacIntyre Hudson’s Peterborough office, plans to help build on the Corporate Finance team’s existing profile and contacts in Northamptonshire and around the Midlands.

“I also hope to strengthen the Corporate Finance presence in Peterborough, by maintaining and developing my local contacts there,” added Gemma.
