Since qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1983, Mark has spent life on 'both sides of the fence', as a partner in practice and as a managing director running his own business. Clients appreciate the fact that, as their trusted adviser, Mark's experience means he is well placed to advise owner managers on all aspects of running their business. In addition to the compliance aspects of his role, he enjoys the challenge of working with the variety of personalities which life as a business adviser presents.
Mark specialises in the legal sector and has considerable experience in dealing with a range of solicitors practices. He is a member of the ICAEW solicitors group and the firms specialist legal sector team. He is also an approved Lexcel Consultant.
Mark acts for UK subsidiaries of overseas companies and is experienced in working to deadlines and dealing with IFRS reporting.
