Adam Young

Audit and Business Advisory principal, Northampton Office

Adam Young is an Audit and Business Advisory principal at the MacIntyre Hudson Northampton office where he delivers a broad range of financial support to entrepreneurial local businesses. He is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Originally joining the firm's Peterborough office after studying accountancy, he qualified in 1994 and became an Audit manager the following year. Adam relocated to our Wellingborough office in 1999 which merged into the Northampton office in 2001, at which time he was made a principal.

Adam builds strong client relationships fast and works closely with management to develop their businesses with confidence. He enjoys acting for a mixed portfolio of clients from engineering to professional services, and partnerships to foreign owned UK subsidiaries.

Adam lives in East Northamptonshire, has recently married, enjoys entertaining with friends and has a passion for travel.

Bianca Silva

Staff principal, High Wycombe Office

Bianca has been with MacIntyre Hudson since 1982, joining as an ACA trainee and becoming a principal in 1990. She handles a diverse range of clients: sole traders, plc's, UK owner managed businesses and foreign-owned subsidiaries.

In addition to managing these, Bianca has a particular interest in clients operating in the schools and charities sectors. She is also a staff principal for the High Wycombe office, and is involved in recruitment, training, appraisals and counselling employees.
