What we offer you
We’ll make sure you have the right experience, personal development and training to make your career stimulating and rewarding.
We will carefully balance your practical experience to reinforce your professional training. Combined, these two crucial elements will help you achieve your qualification. Of course, qualifying demands hard work. To get through the regular exams, you must be prepared for periods of intensive home study (15 hours a week is typical) in addition to formal study leave.
But you are not on your own. Along with your peers, you will be assigned mentors who will support and guide you, dedicated tutors will ensure your progress and development is on track.
Internal training
Our internal training is comprehensive and ongoing. In the first year alone, our ICAEW approved internal programme offers a mix of residential and non-residential elements and technical and skills based training. Topics covered include:
- Accounts preparation
- Business writing skills
- Practical auditing skills
- Presentation skills
- Effective communication
- Basic PAYE

We never forget you are laying the foundations for a career. From the very start of your time with us, we introduce you to people management skills, and then build on this as your career progresses within the firm. Support does not stop when you qualify.
