About the seminar:

Another tax year is coming to an end and once again there are numerous changes to be considered before the end of year returns for 2009/10 can be dealt with. We will review various new interpretations and rulings on expenses and benefits, and look at the most tax efficient ways of providing fuel and paying expenses.

We will consider the new HMRC late PAYE payment penalty regime, rates and allowances and tax codes. In addition we will revisit end of year timetables and penalties, completion of P11Ds and perennial problem areas.
