Due diligence

Due diligence establishes the soundness, or otherwise, of the target business you’re acquiring. By carrying out a detailed review of the financial records of the target, we use our experience and financial expertise to verify that the business is all it claims to be. This confirms previous representations made to you by the vendors and assists you and your other advisers with the ongoing negotiations as the deal nears completion.
