Few entrepreneurs carry out more than one or two MBOs during their working lives, so expert advice is essential.

From the outset we’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the transaction. We’ll identify, analyse and find solutions to the numerous complex issues which will no doubt arise throughout the MBO process. We’ll ensure you strike a successful deal with an appropriate price and funding structure.

We’ll undertake an initial review of the commercial and financial feasibility of the deal and provide an indicative valuation of the business. We’ll then assist you to prepare a business plan and detailed financial projections. We’ll introduce you to appropriate financial backers and legal advisers, as well as negotiate the price with the vendors and the funding structure with the financiers.
