Receivership
If your company fails to comply with the terms of a repayment agreement with a creditor, an administrative receiver can be appointed by the creditor.
The receiver has the power to trade and sell the business as well as additional statutory powers and their job is complete once the appointer has been paid in full.
Our Corporate Recovery division would act for the charge holders (e.g. the mortgage company, bank etc) who would appoint us as the receiver over the company or a property. Our role is to act on their behalf to recover the outstanding funds.
