Administration

This would involve an administrator being appointed by the court, the partnership or its partners.

The administrator would have the power to run the partnership and it may lead to the survival of the business once power is given back to its partners.

Our Corporate Recovery division accepts appointments as administrators either from management or creditors (a bank, etc) and would look to:

• Wind up the partnership
• Sell the partnership as a going concern depending on its viability

As administrators we would take control of the partnership and run it during the administration process.
