Executor services - Estate management
Executorship is a role that balances technical acumen with sensitivity and tact.
We will handle specific tasks, or provide a complete estate management service. We can:
- act as executor
- liaise with co-executors
- arrange for prompt application for probate
- provide accounting support
- carry out the wishes of the deceased and distribute assets, as stated in the will
- liaise with the Revenue, agree tax payable, and apply for tax clearance
- give general financial advice
- advise on the need for a Deed of Family Arrangement.
