Outsourcing your HR function
Many small businesses cannot afford the cost of having an experienced HR professional onsite, permanently. We have a highly experienced HR team who can provide support, guidance and counsel in a pragmatic, commercial way. We will act as your own HR function; we will be available to give you advice not only via the telephone but face to face.

 

How does this service work?

During working hours Monday - Friday, you will receive support and advice, via the telephone or face to face access, whichever you prefer.

The first step:

It is essential that we lay the foundations to this service on a robust, legally sound platform. In the first instance, we will design and implement a comprehensive set of contracts and personnel policies for a one off fixed fee. This fixed fee will be dependant on the number of employees, type of contract required and the number of policies required.

What is covered by this service?

To keep your policies current and in line with legislation, you will receive bi annual updates which will reflect any changes to legislation.

Guidance and advice on the following key topics:

  • Performance management
  • Sickness and absence
  • Recruitment
  • Selection
  • Induction
  • Disciplinary or grievance situations
  • Termination of contract
  • Variations of contract
  • Redundancies

Plus advice on any other employment law queries

What does it cost?

The cost per quarter will depend on the number of employees you have and the amount of support time you require. This cost includes: bi-annual updates to your HR policies and response to your queries on employment law or management of employees.
