Executorships
This is a role that balances technical acumen with sensitivity and tact. We can handle specific tasks, or provide a complete estate management service:
- Act as executor
- Liaise with co-executors
- Arrange for prompt application for probate
- Provide accounting support
- Carry out the wishes of the deceased and distribute assets, as stated in the will
- Liaise with the Revenue, agree tax payable, and apply for tax clearance
- Give general financial advice
- Advise on the need for a Deed of Family Arrangement
