Sarah Jarvie

Head of Creditor Services

Sarah has over 17 years experience and trained at KPMG, joining MHA MacIntyre Hudson in early 2014 to be the primary contact for the creditor service team.

Sarah specialises in assisting clients who become creditors in insolvency proceedings. With her wealth of knowledge and experience generated through professional networking, she maintains our bankruptcy portfolios and develops new business opportunities for MHA MacIntyre Hudson.

Sarah advises and assists creditors to help maximise their return and continue to maintain strong relationships with solicitors and other professionals predominately in the personal insolvency sector.

Sarah’s client base includes debt purchasers, debt collection agency specialising in private schools, banking institutions and solicitors.

Mark Eagle

Director of Audit and Business Services

As Director of Audit and Business Services, Mark has a wide range of expertise across a number of sectors with a particular specialism in the not for profit and education sectors, where he has over 15 years experience.  Mark works very closely with our Academy, Free School and FE college clients and  has built up excellent relationships and is the first point of contact for all his clients.

Adam Ferro

Audit Manager

Adam is an Audit Manager who has a number of years experience in Audit and Accounts since joining the firm as a school leaver following his A levels in 2005. Working predominantly on Stuart Manning’s audit portfolio, Adam has experience on a wide range of clients from owner managed businesses, to charities and academies.

Adam has a keen eye for detail and often recommends system and process improvements to clients as a result of overseeing their audit from start to finish whilst ensuring that they meet their statutory requirements.

Adam enjoys keeping up to date with the latest audit and accounting standards and is a key office contact in relation to the adherence to new and updated legislation.

Victoria Jeffs

Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager

Victoria has been with Macintyre Hudson since 2015, starting as a graduate trainee and qualifying as a chartered accountant in 2018. Subsequently moving from audit into tax, she has been a member of the Transfer Pricing team since 2019.

Victoria manages the compliance and advisory aspects of the transfer pricing practice. Working on a diverse range of clients from listed companies through to growing owner managed businesses experiencing transfer pricing issues for the first time, Victoria works closely with her clients to ensure they have the most appropriate policy in place to suit their needs.

In addition, Victoria is an active member of the Social and Charity committees. Most recently she helped arrange our annual client quiz, in which we raised over £8,000 for the London Air Ambulance.
