MHA MacIntyre Hudson Win Dealmakers of the Year Award for Central & East England

Laurence Whitehead, Managing Director of Corporate Finance at MHA MacIntyre Hudson, the Top 20 accountants, last night scooped the Dealmaker of the Year at the Central & East of England Dealmakers Awards, held at the Hilton Double Tree hotel in Milton Keynes where there were over 250 corporate finance professionals in attendance. The awards were hosted by Insider Media.

Whitehead’s team have advised on six major deals during the last 12 months. The team beat off stiff competition in its category from corporate finance teams at KPMG, Grant Thornton, BDO, Price Bailey and RSM (formerly Baker Tilly).

The judges were impressed with Whitehead’s continued commitment in engaging with other M&A experts in the region and ensuring that deals are kept local.

There were awards in eight other categories, including Private Equity Team of the Year, Alternative Funder of the Year, and Corporate Law Firm of the Year.
