Martin joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in 2017 having spent 16 years working in the assurance team of a top 5 firm and having been in the profession for 27 years. Martin deals with a mixed portfolio of clients but has particular sector specialisms in healthcare and professional practices.
In addition to his audit and accounting work Martin has been involved in many other areas of advice such as in the areas of client money accounting and the related regulatory issues, mergers and acquisitions particularly in the professional’s space, funding, business structuring and incorporations, benchmarking and so on.
Martin’s preferred way of working is through face to face client relationships where he has the opportunity to really understand the clients business and offer support and advice based on both the personal and corporate aspirations of the client.

Frances joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in December 2018 following the merger of the Kent offices of Haines Watts. She was a partner in the previous practice for over 20 years.
She advises owner managed businesses in a number of sectors, including professional services, printing, agriculture and staff recruitment.

Massimo joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson’s Technical Department in November 2015 where he has been particularly involved in providing support to the audit of international groups, advising in group reorganisations, developing uniform firm-wide practices in the application of the New UK GAAP and in providing IFRS training.
Massimo qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in a boutique firm in the West End of London, where he dealt with a varied and international client base, before joining the ACCA Technical Advisory department in 2007. In his time at the ACCA, Massimo gained experience in financial reporting, auditing, professional standards, and dealing with both the development of new and revised standards and in providing practical support to ACCA members with their implementation.Get in touch with Massimo Laudato
John leads the outsource services team at MHA MacIntyre Hudson. He has considerable experience with assisting owner managed businesses, subsidiaries of international companies and other incorporated businesses, across a range of sectors, with their requirements.
