Androulla joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in January 2016, for the second time, as national Tax Development Manager where her role encompassed Technical support, Internal Training, Strategy and Marketing, all from the Tax perspective. While continuing to execute this role she has progressed to Tax Director and is the firm’s specialist on the Criminal Finance Act 2017 assisting clients in becoming compliant with the Corporate Criminal Offences legalisation. Her interest in tax is far-ranging, covering individuals and all sizes of corporate entity, facing all kinds of tax challenges.
Androulla is a keen writer of current tax issues, frequently populating the firm’s Insights and writing for mainstream media and tax journals. She has also presented on the lecture scene on issues such as Making Tax Digital, Cash Extraction Strategies for SMEs and Corporate International Expansion.
Androulla also has a background in Business Strategy both from a lecturing and practical perspective, helping clients identify where their issues lie and finding practical and methodical ways to strategise to resolve these issues.

Guy joined in 2010 starting his career with MHA MacIntyre Hudson and continuing through to his current position as Audit and Accounts Manager.
Having worked his way through MHA MacIntyre Hudson, Guy has dealt with a range of owner-managed businesses in a variety of industry sectors with particular focus on NFP and renewable energy. He firmly believes that the profession is all about relationships, which enables him to gain a good understanding of his clients and their businesses before helping them to move forwards.

Stephen joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in 2009 following 15 years in the profession when he specialised in the audit of AIM and fully listed companies. During that period he helped listed companies through the difficult transition from UK to International accounting practice. He also gained a wealth of experience advising owner-managed businesses, especially in the area of tax mitigation and profit extraction.
At MHA MacIntyre Hudson, Stephen joined the International team and he deals mainly with the UK operations of overseas companies. A typical week includes, international audits, helping foreign individuals and businesses plan their entry into UK markets, establishing UK legal entities and hand-holding clients through the maze of UK legal and tax compliance. With the option to call upon a range of specialist expertise within the firm, including HR, insurance and ex-patriot tax, Stephen helps our firm provide a one-stop show for new and mature international business.
