Strategy, risk management, insurance, funding. Hardly the exciting stuff you got into business for, right? That’s where we come in, partnering with you to plan and execute for growth, and helping to ride the waves when things go wrong, so that you can focus on your business passions.
So how do we do it?
It’s easy to focus on the strengths of your own business when you’re planning your strategy, but really, it’s the weaknesses you should worry about. Let’s say money’s going missing and you have no idea why. Enter: our forensic accounting team. There’s retired police detectives and forensic scientists alongside the accountants who will investigate, get to the bottom of it, show you what happened, and help you put in place a plan to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
We know people. We know business. And we know YOUR business. Together, these things make a great deal. Let’s say your revenue has taken a hit and you need a quick injection to get back on the straight and narrow; our expert can introduce you to financial backers, and take care of the paperwork to make it happen. Or maybe you want to enter a new market and don’t know where to start; working with our friends at MHA and Baker Tilly International, we can assess the options with you and kick-start the process.
Strategically planning for growth, or strategically planning a quick exit so you can hit the retirement beaches. Whatever the next phase is, your dedicated MHA MacIntyre Hudson partner works with you to map it out, execute it for you (taking away the hassle), and get you on your way to pina coladas on the sand.
Sometimes we get too close to our own business, and it’s the outside eye that can best identify growth opportunities. By partnering with you throughout your business’s journey, we’re always here to provide expert and unbiased advice about that next great journey.
So pick up the phone or get in touch, and let’s talk about how we can partner on your business strategy.Enquire now
