Richard joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in 2019 with 18 years of experience in the field of human capital, gained from his roles in the Big 4.
He leads the national employment tax team within our Human Capital Advisory practice, as well as specialising in national minimum wage issues.
Richard has deep experience in the issues faced by employers across the key employment tax areas of payroll, expenses and benefits. He also specialises in employment tax status, an area which continues to present shifting and complex challenges to clients.
Richard helps employers design and implement flexible benefits programmes that support their recruitment and retention agendas. Billy joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in March 2021 and is a Chartered Certified Accountant with more than 10 years of accounting experience. He works with a variety of businesses ranging in size and various sectors.

Martin joined the Wealth Management division in 2017. He is an experienced Independent Financial Adviser who specialises in pension planning, investing for growth or tax efficient income and inheritance tax planning. He also specialises in providing sound financial advice in the commercial/corporate arena providing much needed protection for the Directors/Shareholders and employee benefit needs of SME businesses. As well as holding the level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, he holds the level 6 Advanced Pension Planning qualification.

Frances joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in December 2018 following the merger of the Kent offices of Haines Watts. She was a partner in the previous practice for over 20 years.
She advises owner managed businesses in a number of sectors, including professional services, printing, agriculture and staff recruitment.
