Jane is a ‘fellow’ member of the CIPD and has a strong academic background. She has over 17 years of experience in the HR field and joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in June 2008, having previously held senior roles at an international top 6 Law Firm, an IT & recruitment consultancy and a construction company.
Her role involves overseeing HR and training across all of MHA MacIntyre Hudson's 14 offices, looking at innovative and effective ways to improve business performance through the people within the firm. Jacqui joined the firm from the then Inland Revenue in 1988 as a Tax Senior. From that date she has gained experience in dealing with all aspects of personal taxation and is now a Senior Manager who is responsible for her own portfolio of clients as well as overseeing the personal tax team in the Birmingham Office.
With over 30 years’ experience in the profession Jacqui has gained a considerable knowledge in dealing with Private Client matters, including Inheritance Tax, Trust and Probate. Jacqui’s client base is varied ranging from High Net worth individuals, members of medical and legal partnerships to sole traders.

Helen joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in July 2015 following the merger with Birmingham based MHA Bloomer Heaven. She has more than twenty years experience in the Not for Profit sector, including charities, academies, schools and other not for profit bodies and holds the ICAEW Diploma in Charity Accounting as well as a post graduate certificate in Charity Accounting and Financial Management.
Helen works across our Birmingham and Leicester offices and acts as engagement principal on audit and independent examination assignments as well as advising on special assignments across a range of issues. Helen is also involved in delivering training on a regular basis for clients and staff but also for bodies such as Charity Finance Group serving the not for profit sector.
Helen has extensive experience in advising charities across a range of issues and served as a trustee of Birmingham Cathedral for more than six years. She has had experience of auditing grants made to aid agencies on behalf of the European Commission and has held an appointment as an Interim Manager appointed by the Charity Commission. David joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in 2018. Prior to this he had nearly 30 years working in the Big 4, the last 15 of which he was a Partner in two of the Big 4 firms.
David specialises in advising clients in the field of Human Capital – his deep specialism is in the area of global mobility but he has also advised on employment tax issues, global share plan due diligence and human resources strategy. He has led large multinational client relationships as well as advising many non-domiciled private clients in complex tax planning arrangements. He has a broad industry knowledge working with clients in the financial services, automotive, industrial and aerospace sectors. He has both UK and US tax knowledge which is extremely useful when advising US citizens working in the UK or UK nationals leaving to work in the US.
David’s role at MHA MacIntyre Hudson is to grow and develop an already well established Human Capital Advisory offering. He has a passion for developing people to help them achieve their very best. He is still an informal mentor to several of his ex-colleagues.
In his spare time David is a sports fanatic, although advancing years and waistline now limit his playing activities to golf, snooker and darts.
