Our Transparency Report is a good opportunity for us to provide relevant, reliable, and useful information to the users of financial information and communicate a balanced self-assessment of the challenges we face in relation to audit quality and the effectiveness of our actions to overcome them.

John joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson as a Senior Manager in 2018. He started his career at PWC in 2010 in London working on Top Tier audit practice focusing on FTSE 250 Group audits, involving international aspects and coordination. He moved on to Grant Thornton in their Chelmsford office as Audit Manager progressing to Senior Manager focusing on Essex businesses, ranging from Start-ups to established Owner Managed businesses and AIM listed groups.

Hayley joined MacIntyre Hudson in 2015 following the merger of her previous firm. She has over 12 years’ experience working with predominately owner-managed businesses, dealing with accountancy and tax.
One of her specialties is in Business Tax Compliance and Advisory, which has developed from the variety of clients she works with.
Additionally, she is part of our Digital Solutions Team and is focused on how technology and, specifically, how cloud accounting can benefit each business, giving individual advice and assistance.
Hayley’s biggest passion lies in assisting clients to succeed, from strategic planning, to being at the end of the phone for support. She cares about her clients and believes providing the right advice and working together with a client is the key to success.

With 17 years’ experience of auditing investment funds in the Cayman Islands, David is a specialist in both international and US accounting and auditing standards. Since 2008, David has been licensed as an audit practitioner by the ACCA and the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants (CIIPA).
David works very closely with specialist audit teams around the world to operate as if a single firm and with real commitment and alignment of interest in meeting deadlines, irrespective of clients’ location and that of their service providers.
In leading the Cayman office, David has responsibility for the firm’s fund audits from the outset of each engagement and he takes great pride in ensuring that all clients receive a highly responsive and professional service.
David is an active CIIPA Council member, chairing its Quality Committee and sitting on its Membership and Licensing Committee. He also sits on the Cayman Finance FinTech committee and is currently studying a Master’s degree in Digital Currency.Get in touch with David Walker
Sunil joined the firm in January 2010 as a graduate trainee. After qualifying in January 2013, he quickly became a general practice portfolio manager. He is an active member of the firm’s Professional Practices sector and Business Strategy Group, providing a strategic planning service, giving innovative advice to individuals and businesses.
Sunil currently works on a varied and diverse portfolio of clients, specialising in audit and accounts. He is a member of Mindshop, helping provide tools, training and support to businesses looking to reach their full potential. He is a specialist in Solicitors Accounts Rules and assisted in developing a new internal work programme and delivers an internal course on the matter. Sunil graduated from University College London, studying Economics and is a member of the Institution of Chartered Accountants England and Wales (ICAEW).
In his spare time, Sunil is a sports enthusiast. He is a season ticket holder at Saracens RFC, played youth county rugby and cricket at various representative levels, having represented England Under 17s, Middlesex 2XI and is currently a full MCC member.
