Bianca heads the firm’s Schools & Academies sector, leading a team of Partners due to her specialist knowledge and expertise developed over 30 years; initially supporting a number of schools in the 1990’s which became Grant Maintained, then moving on to support independent schools as well as schools converting to Academy status and today advising established and growing Multi Academy Trusts, often with complex structures and individual needs. Her diverse portfolio includes many charities, schools, academies, religious organisations and voluntary groups as well as commercial and owner managed businesses.
Bianca holds the ICAEW Diploma in Charity Accounting, which acknowledges expertise and experience in charity accounting and finance at the highest level and is regularly referred to by Partners of the firm to provide guidance on the complex and regulated accounting requirements faced by the Not for Profit sector.

Atul is the firm's National Sector Head for Manufacturing and Engineering and a member of the firm’s Management Board. Atul advises a variety of corporate clients in London and the home counties, with a focus on the manufacturing, life sciences and construction sectors.
Having been with the firm since 1998, he offers his clients sound forward thinking advice, particularly in relation to strategic planning, tax mitigation and group structures. Atul’s strength is to help clients with their challenges and provide innovative, joined-up solutions that help them succeed. Heather specialises in the accounts and audits of clients in the not for profit sector, including charities, academies and schools. She enjoys the challenges of advising on a range of issues for diverse charity clients and holds the ICAEW Diploma in Charity Accounting.
Heather is involved in the audit work of various clients as well in advisory services and technical support to both internal and external clients.

Steve's background is in both industry and accountancy - he returned to the profession because it offered him more variety. When appointed in 1989, he was one of the firm's youngest ever Partners.
He specialises in advising owners and senior executives on strategic matters, corporate structures and tax planning. Steve believes that it is people who matter the most, both the people we employ and develop as well as our clients who we build long term business relationships with. He enjoys building and leading teams where client service is at the heart of everything we do.
Steve's specialisms include activity for professional practices and he is a member of the firm's Board with specific responsibilities for finance.
