Androulla Soteri

Tax Director

Androulla joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in January 2016, for the second time, as national Tax Development Manager where her role encompassed Technical support, Internal Training, Strategy and Marketing, all from the Tax perspective.  While continuing to execute this role she has progressed to Tax Director and is the firm’s specialist on the Criminal Finance Act 2017 assisting clients in becoming compliant with the Corporate Criminal Offences legalisation. Her interest in tax is far-ranging, covering individuals and all sizes of corporate entity, facing all kinds of tax challenges. 

Androulla is a keen writer of current tax issues, frequently populating the firm’s Insights and writing for mainstream media and tax journals. She has also presented on the lecture scene on issues such as Making Tax Digital, Cash Extraction Strategies for SMEs and Corporate International Expansion.

Androulla also has a background in Business Strategy both from a lecturing and practical perspective, helping clients identify where their issues lie and finding practical and methodical ways to strategise to resolve these issues.

She is a member of the ICAEW SME Business Tax committee and in 2017 was shortlisted as a finalist under the Rising Star categories of both the Tolley’s Taxation Awards and Women in Finance Awards.

Tasneem Bharmal

Partner

Tasneem joined the firm in January 2006 and is currently a Partner at MHA MacIntyre Hudson. Having qualified in 2003 she has spent 14 years building on a broad range of expertise and experience that comes from working on diverse and varied portfolios ranging from property groups through to legal, telecom/ tech companies and general practise clients.

She has a deep understanding of her clients’ affairs built on the close working relationships she has with them and strives to identify ‘value added’ opportunities to grow their business.

Tasneem is a Xero certified advisor and also heads up the Cloud Accounting team at North London. Tas is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). 

In her spare time Tas enjoys spending time with her friends and family, going to the gym, cooking and travelling. She is fluent in English, Hindi, Gujrati, Urdu and manages some broken Punjabi and French.

Lynda Fisher

Independent Financial Adviser (IFA)

Lynda has worked in financial planning since 2000.  She joined the Wealth Management division of the City office of MHA MacIntyre Hudson in 2006 as an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).  Lynda works closely with clients to enhance and protect their wealth during their lifetimes and for their future generations.  Her main areas of expertise are retirement planning and ‘later life’ planning, including investment, tax optimisation and Inheritance Tax mitigation.

Outside work, Lynda is a member of a tennis club, enjoys walking, trekking and travel as well as sampling London culture.

Paul Davis

Partner

Paul qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1983 before moving to Deloitte Haskins and Sells.

He joined MacIntyre Hudson as a Partner in January 2009, having previously held the role of Managing Partner at a well known specialist corporate recovery firm.

Paul focuses on both corporate and personal insolvency work, and has carried out many solvent liquidations, including financial and monitoring, pre-lending, general business and solvency reviews of a wide range of businesses. He promotes turnaround and business rescue, and advises on the sale of businesses.

His specialisms include: construction, manufacturing, retail, leisure, engineering, professional services, health, asset tracing, travel and tourism and property.

Paul Davis is licensed to act as an insolvency practitioner in the UK by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW)
