An audit is the process of checking that our clients present the information about their financial position in a way that is true and fair. As auditors, we work together with our clients’ senior stakeholders and finance teams to understand their business and the risks associated with what they do. We will then test their systems and controls to highlight any areas for improvement, and make business recommendations.
As an auditor at MHA MacIntyre Hudson, you will work with a variety of different clients across many industry sectors, being close to the decision-makers in those businesses from day one of your career. Much of your time may be spent at a client site, and so you’ll have a real opportunity to understand and live the culture of their business and their challenges.
If you are almost qualified, newly qualified or an experienced professional, we'd love to hear from you. We can offer you the chance to work across a variety of different clients and range of sectors, and if building long term relationships with clients is important to you, then you might be interested in the opportunities we have across the team.
In addition to all this exposure, we take work life balance seriously, which is why we have introduced the agile working scheme, this includes work from home days, and the option of working core hours, giving you the opportunity for work to fit around your personal and family life.
At MHA MacIntyre Hudson we pride ourselves on our award-winning training, genuine work life balance, clear succession paths for our staff, supportive leadership teams and the sheer scope we are able to offer our teams in their respective roles.
