Andreja is a human resources specialist and her experience builds on strong academic background. She graduated in Human Sciences with first class honours from UCL and then successfully continued her studies to attain an MSc in Human Resources Management and Organisational Behaviour from Cyprus International Institute of Management. Since returning to the UK she has worked for a law firm progressing to an HR Consultant position.

Andreja brings a wealth of HR experience and enthusiasm to MHA MacIntyre Hudson. She joined our HR team in 2014 and now works as an HR Consultant advising a wide range of clients from across the firm on the whole spectrum of HR issues, from day to day people management issues including sickness, disciplinary and grievance issues, to more complex projects such as redundancy exercises, TUPE transfers and mergers. She carries out HR audits which can be general or specifically scrutinise one of the HR areas such as recruitment process, or disciplinary procedures to provide businesses with an indication of good practice and potential compliance or practical problems that arise from the audit. She also frequently presents on HR topics at MH events and seminars. Andreja has recently successfully completed and Employment law course.

Outside of work Andreja is a bookworm and also loves to travel; she has Canada and Australia marked as possible next destinations.
