Andrew joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson as our Customs Duty Consultant in October 2019. He joined from HMRC where he gained valuable experience liaising with all sizes and sectors of companies within the UK by facilitating customs procedures and assessing compliance.
During his 15 years working in HMRC Andrew audited companies across sectors from retail, manufacturing and exporters who are involved in the supply of goods across global supply chains.
Andrew works closely with clients across the Baker Tilly International Network to manage the complexities of customs regimes and identify potential opportunities for supply chain improvements and duty savings.
A key part of Andrew’s role is to ensure his expertise is available to all MHA MacIntyre Hudson clients through the Baker Tilly network, so they have access to the specialised services and support required to manage their customs activities.
His background provides him with a unique insight into HMRC practices and uses this to benefit our clients.

My favourite benefit of working with MHA MacIntyre Hudson is having access to a huge network of knowledge but still having the direct personal feel when dealing with the local office team. Callum Bates -

A team who fully understood our business, our objectives and ultimately a team who we felt we could trust and enjoy working with. Excellent advice throughout the negotiations. Would not hesitate to recommend them. Neil Hollingworth - SRBE Holdings Limited
