Duncan is a specialist Audit and Assurance partner. He joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in 2014 as part of the firm’s regional and sector growth strategy. He was previously an Audit Director at EY, spending more than 15 years at both EY and PwC in London, where he worked with clients ranging from international listed groups to national and local owner-managed enterprises. Before training as an accountant, he was an officer in the British Army.
Duncan works closely with his clients in understanding their objectives and operations. He brings together specialist teams to focus the experience and expertise of the wider firm to help businesses and their owners achieve their aims throughout the corporate lifecycle; from inception, through growth, to exit by succession, IPO or sale.
His personal commitment in a voluntary capacity extends over 20 years in a variety of roles. He is a trustee and chair of the Finance Committee of the UK Vasculitis Trust, a director and chair of the Finance Committee of the Valley Invicta Academies Trust, and honorary treasurer of the Betteshanger Development Group.
