Keith joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in July 2015 following the merger with MHA Bloomer Heaven. He has been a qualified Chartered Accountant for over 25 years, and has worked in general practice for that time.
He is a manager at MHA MacIntyre Hudson’s Birmingham office, acting for a diverse portfolio of clients, but mainly owner-managed businesses and family owned companies.
Keith takes pride in the building of client relationships, seeing this as the bedrock of success in the profession, and is eager to help clients achieve their objectives.

Chris joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in July 2015 following the merger with Birmingham based MHA Bloomer Heaven. Chris was made a partner at MHA Bloomer Heaven in 2006 and works with owner managed businesses, family owned companies and international groups. Chris deals with a diverse portfolio of clients covering a range of sectors and in particular manufacturing companies and barristers. The firm are patrons of Made in the Midlands, an association of manufacturing and engineering companies, and Chris has been instrumental in developing this over recent years. Chris is a responsible individual for audit purposes and works closely with his clients to ensure they get the best advice.

Elaine has more than 35 years experience in the accountancy profession latterly as owner of Shoesmiths Chartered Accountants prior to joining Macintyre Hudson LLP as a full partner following its merger in April 2016.
Elaine specialises in accounts, audit and advisory services for corporate owner managed businesses and foreign subsidiaries. Elaine has worked with a wide variety of businesses over her career including manufacturing, engineering, IT and renewables.
Elaine qualified initially with Robson Rhodes in Birmingham and then joined their London office. After which a spell as a management accountant for an international logistics company gave her the necessary experience and background to then set up Shoesmiths Chartered Accountants which she ran successfully for 25 years . Clients ranged from high tech start ups to growing established SMEs.
Her experience and knowledge has enabled her to provide advice on more specialised areas including taxation across all sectors , taxation lead restructuring, management buy-outs , inheritance tax and succession planning. Toby joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in August 2017. For over 25 years, Toby has specialised in working with and advising growing entrepreneurial, family and PE backed companies, International groups, and UK subsidiaries of International parents. He has worked with clients in a diverse range of industries but has specific sector expertise in hotels, leisure and gaming, manufacturing, wholesale & distribution, and the service industry sectors.
Toby is a responsible individual for audit purposes, and has built up a reputation for providing clients with pragmatic advise not only on financial reporting matters but also on strategic business planning matters including raising finance, growth through acquisition, exit planning and business restructuring.
