Helen qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2002. She now manages a portfolio of clients in the not for profit sector.
During her accountancy life Helen has been involved in accounts preparation, audit and special regulatory audits and through this work came to be involved in the not for profit sector.
Helen’s portfolio comprises mostly of accounts and independent examination assignments.
Helen is also familiar with the Academies’ sector and the specific reporting regulations and deadlines that this particular sector brings.
She prides herself on offering support with reporting requirements as well as accounting and business matters generally as well as encouraging a supportive and communicative relationship.

Chris joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in July 2015 following the merger with Birmingham based MHA Bloomer Heaven. Chris was made a partner at MHA Bloomer Heaven in 2006 and works with owner managed businesses, family owned companies and international groups. Chris deals with a diverse portfolio of clients covering a range of sectors and in particular manufacturing companies and barristers. The firm are patrons of Made in the Midlands, an association of manufacturing and engineering companies, and Chris has been instrumental in developing this over recent years. Chris is a responsible individual for audit purposes and works closely with his clients to ensure they get the best advice.

Keith joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in July 2015 following the merger with MHA Bloomer Heaven. He has been a qualified Chartered Accountant for over 25 years, and has worked in general practice for that time.
He is a manager at MHA MacIntyre Hudson’s Birmingham office, acting for a diverse portfolio of clients, but mainly owner-managed businesses and family owned companies.
Keith takes pride in the building of client relationships, seeing this as the bedrock of success in the profession, and is eager to help clients achieve their objectives.

Glyn is a VAT Director based at our Leicester and Birmingham offices. Glyn’s VAT career started with H.M.Customs and Excise in 1989 and he spent seven years in the Department before moving to consultancy.
His specialisms include land & property; the not-for-profit sector, health and agriculture. He is also a part of MHA MacIntyre Hudson’s market leading motor team. He is passionate about making VAT understandable to clients and always aims to seek solutions which work for a business as well as being compliant with the complexities of VAT regulations.
Glyn has an enviable record in VAT litigation and dispute resolution representing clients in Tribunal and Alternative Dispute Resolution as well as instructing barristers in leading VAT cases.
