Established in 1880 at the start of the accountancy profession, our leading firm of chartered accountants, tax and businesses advisors has had an office in High Wycombe since 1900, where our first clients included hide and skin brokers and ladies hat manufacturers!
Today our office in High Wycombe has 6 Partners and over 40 professional staff, based in the heart of the town at Abbey Place, Easton Street; a 9,000 sq ft office with excellent facilities for staff and clients, including our own conference suite.
Our values of teamwork, commerciality, collective excellence and open communications underpin how we interact with clients, where our Partner led service focuses on delivering proactive and strategic advice. Our office has many long standing clients including high profile family businesses as well as large multinationals from across the UK; many of whom have come from recommendations and remained with us for many years.
Continuing our specialism in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, we also have a strong background acting for charities, schools and academies as well as clients in the construction, technology and healthcare sectors. We also act for a significant number of Professional Practices.
We actively support the local business community through membership of various business groups and through our own complimentary seminars and workshops focusing on topical issues such as tax planning around the budget.
We enlist the support of distinguished and prominent speakers at our events, which among others, has included: the leading economist Professor Joe Nellis, Head of Economics at Cranfield School of Management (number 1 in the world in the Financial Times MBA rankings for 2017) and Steve Baker, MP for Wycombe and prominent ‘Vote Leave’ campaigner.
