Established in 1880 at the start of the accountancy profession, our leading firm of chartered accountants, tax and businesses advisors has had an office in High Wycombe since 1900, where our first clients included hide and skin brokers and ladies hat manufacturers!
Today our office in High Wycombe has 6 Partners and over 40 professional staff, based in the heart of the town at Abbey Place, Easton Street; a 9,000 sq ft office with excellent facilities for staff and clients, including our own conference suite.

Justin acts for a wide range of clients including global businesses, UK subsidiaries of multi-national groups as well as privately owned family businesses. Justin ensures his clients’ personal and business compliance needs are well managed and that future goals and aspirations are at the forefront of strategic planning, which enables clients to get on with running and growing their business. Kate has a wide ranging portfolio of clients and enjoys advising on a variety of matters affecting businesses, from audit and accounting issues to budgeting and strategic planning.

Cameron is a highly experienced Audit Partner who specialises in Corporate Finance at MHA MacIntyre Hudson. He is also a Director of MacIntyre Hudson Corporate Finance Limited.
Cameron focuses on the Transaction Services and interfaces with his colleagues who specialise in Mergers and Acquisitions. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1979 and has been a Partner with MacIntyre Hudson for more than 20 years; following 14 years experience with PWC and KPMG mainly on due diligence and investigations. He is referred to on all matters concerning Corporate Finance by partners of MacIntyre Hudson LLP, Bankers, Solicitors and other firms for whom he advises.
He has broad experience of advising on business strategy and planning. He regularly is involved in business sales, acquisitions, restructuring, re-financings, developments, fundraisings and investigating targets with a view to advising on price and negotiations. After studying Biology at the University of Bath, Dale joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson on our ACA graduate scheme in 2011, qualified in 2014 and was promoted to Director in April 2019, before joining the partnership in July 2020. Dale has developed an outstanding level of technical accounting and auditing knowledge and has significant experience in a number of key sectors, including manufacturing and professional services.
