Paul joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson as a Partner in January 2020 as part of the merger with Keens Shay Keens MK.
Paul trained and qualified with Ernst and Whinney (now Young) in the City of London, he joined Keens Shay Keens in 1981, and since then has maintained his expertise on the larger audit clients and in the area of corporate finance. Paul has a wide range of business clients, including many privately-owned companies, both local and international.
Paul is also actively involved in leadership roles within the business community of Milton Keynes. He is the Chairman of Willen Hospice and serves on the Board of Amazing CMK BID (Central Milton Keynes Business Improvement District). Each month Paul hosts the City Breakfast Club which is MK’s premier networking group where he shares his observations about the current business climate affecting the city.Get in touch with Paul Davis
Mark joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson as a Partner in January 2020 as part of the merger with Keens Shay Keens MK.
He specialises in general practice work, focusing on providing business and taxation advice to limited companies and professional partnerships (in particular, medical practitioners) of all sizes.
He is also involved in litigation support and forensic accounting work providing valuation and report services.
As a keen aviation historian he has a particular client interest and specialism within the aviation business sector.

Liz joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson as a Partner in January 2020 as part of the merger with Keens Shay Keens MK.
She is a fully qualified accountant with 18 years of experience and an impressive range of specialisms extending from motor trade to pharmaceutical sectors. She supports businesses that operate on a local, national and international scale, including working with overseas companies to establish subsidiaries here in the UK. She helps her clients prosper through business growth, strengthening governance and securing investments. Liz is also the firm’s ATOL practitioner.
Liz also holds several positions within the Milton Keynes community. She is Trustee and Treasurer of Milton Keynes City Orchestra and a Director of Biztech Technology Forum. She is also a member of the MK Business Council and she provides financial guidance to the board of DestinationMK.
