He is a local lad born and bred, and has spent all of his professional life working with larger owner managed business and international groups in the region with a particular focus on those in the manufacturing and engineering sector. Away from work he spends most of his time with his family, playing golf or watching rugby.

The Office for National Statistics’ (ONS) figures give good insight into how small and medium sized exporters have reacted to the fall in sterling versus their larger counterparts.
