We are delighted to invite you to our 2020 Budget seminar on Wednesday 18th March 2020, following the first post-Brexit Budget, due to be announced by the Chancellor Rishi Sunak on 11th March 2020.

The Chancellor has said he will use this Government’s first Budget to deliver change, with promises to ‘unleash Britain’s potential’ and usher in a ‘decade of renewal’ by introducing new fiscal rules to allow him to borrow more to invest ‘properly and responsibly’, taking advantage of low interest rates.

We will take you through all of the salient points and provide clarity on what the tax implications are for you and your business. We will explore the significance of any changes, consider potential effects and discuss a number of other topical issues, including tax and VAT planning and mitigation, corporation tax changes and any pertinent Brexit matters.

Agenda:

08:30 – 09:00               Registration & breakfast rolls

09:00 – 10:00               Patrick King – 2020 Budget analysis

10:00 – 10:30               Questions and Networking

There will be an opportunity for questions and further discussion after the presentations, however, if you have a burning question you would like covered, please do let us know in advance and we will do our very best to accommodate it.

Speakers

Patrick King, Tax Partner

Patrick is a Tax Partner and Chairman of MHA MacIntyre Hudson's Tax Steering Group as well as our national associations Tax Strategy Group, leading a team of specialists to ensure clients have access to the very best in compliance services and tax mitigation solutions.
