With less than six months until the implementation of the Governments initiative of Digital Reporting (M.T.D.) our Tax Director, Francis Hudson, will be giving an overview of this topic and will discuss the following:

  • The roadmap to the future
  • When it all begins
  • Does it really affect me?
  • Penalties or points?
  • Who or what is next?

There will be the chance to ask any questions on issues relating to your business.

Andrew Dennison, Audit and Accounts Manager

Since qualifying with MHA MacIntyre Hudson in 2007, Andrew has been kept busy with a wide variety of assignments which has resulted in a breadth of knowledge and experience in helping businesses deal with compliance work, management reporting, internal accounting systems and much more.  As a result, Andrew’s specialist areas range from Solicitor’s Accounts Rules audits to being a certified Xero adviser.  

Francis Hudson, Tax Director 

Francis joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson as Tax Director in June 2018 bringing with him over 20 years of knowledge and experience of advising clients on a wide range of UK tax matters. Having graduated from Cambridge University, Francis qualified at a Berkshire based firm before gaining experience at top six accountancy firms. His clients have varied in size from sole traders up to global corporations, with a special interest in corporate transactions and property matters. He uses his knowledge as both a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser to give his clients clear advice that meets their needs.
