Mark has over 30 years experience in the profession providing compliance and business support advice to a diverse portfolio of clients consisting of owner managed businesses ranging from start ups to medium sized groups. He also acts for a number of charities.
He has a deep understanding of his clients' affairs and delivers a quality service, ensuring that his clients understand the figures or advice they are presented with.
His portfolio has a broad sector coverage and Mark is also a member of the firm’s Professional Practices Sector Group having extensive experience in SAR Audits and Regulation for Solicitor clients.
He is also a member of the firm’s Transport and Logistics Sector Group acting for a range of haulage companies in Kent.

Angela has more than 25 years experience in VAT.
Prior to joining MacIntyre Hudson in March 2008, she spent 10 years as an in-house VAT Specialist at Cable and Wireless Plc, a FTSE 100 company, where she advised on all aspects of VAT affecting the telecoms industry, notably global contracts and associated indirect tax issues, cross-border transactions and billing system implementations. In addition she was responsible for reviewing the group VAT and intrastat returns.

Chris graduated from the London School of Economics and trained as an accountant with the NHS. He spent three years in Cairo as the volunteer finance director of a media organisation. Since returning to the UK in 1995 he has specialised in the charity sector, working for the Shaftesbury Society, Action for Blind People and CIPFA.
He has over twenty five years’ experience in not-for-profit and public services including ten at Director level. His primary achievements have been through implementing strategic change, providing coherence and balance to senior teams, and ensuring that resources are applied appropriately to the objectives of the organisation. Mel qualified in February 2009 and joined the firm the same year. She is an experienced audit manager working throughout the Kent region, with a wide range of clients over various sectors including not for profit and owner managed companies.
