Nigel has specialised in taxation for more than 45 years, particularly in the field of tax planning. He is well respected in the industry and has lectured widely on taxation and allied matters. He has advised clients in a range of sectors and his expansive tax knowledge enables him to provide insightful advice. He is an expert on share valuations, forensic matters and in particular, the taxation of intellectual property and has acted as an expert witness on a number of well known cases. He has published many books on tax issues and was voted LexisNexis tax writer of the year in 2003 and has recently received their much acclaimed lifetime achievement award. Fred Satow qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse and is also a licensed insolvency practitioner.
After a secondment to the intensive care team of a UK clearing bank, he became a partner at two mid–tier accountancy firms and a boutique.
Fred specialises in corporate restructuring and insolvency and has particular expertise in solvent liquidations, but also considerable experience of working for lenders and personal insolvency work.
His sector expertise includes personal injury (where he is a market leader), travel, healthcare, property and construction, engineering and media.

Chris graduated from the London School of Economics and trained as an accountant with the NHS. He spent three years in Cairo as the volunteer finance director of a media organisation. Since returning to the UK in 1995 he has specialised in the charity sector, working for the Shaftesbury Society, Action for Blind People and CIPFA.
He has over twenty five years’ experience in not-for-profit and public services including ten at Director level. His primary achievements have been through implementing strategic change, providing coherence and balance to senior teams, and ensuring that resources are applied appropriately to the objectives of the organisation. He has a masters degree in charity finance and a strong interest in professional development, founding the CIPFA Charity Panel and the CIPFA Certificate in Charity Finance at London South Bank University.Get in touch with Chris Harris
Stuart is the Director of our Not for Profit Centre of Excellence based in our London City office. Stuart oversees a group of 20 individuals who are dedicated to advising and auditing the Not for Profit sector.
Stuart has been auditing Not for Profit organisations for over 13 years, having gained the ICAEW Diploma in Charity Accounting, and joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in March 2014. During his career he has worked with a range of Not for Profit entities both in terms of size and in terms of activities. He currently acts for a number of our high profile and national Not for Profit clients.
Stuart is currently a guest lecturer for the ICAEW and has given lectures on Charity Accounting, Governance and Sector Developments.
