Reading consistently ranks as one of the most dynamic hubs for business growth, skills and wages in the country, and has also been named as one of the top twelve for exports per job and productivity, putting it in a good position to maintain an economic lead come Brexit (according to Cities Outlook 2017, produced by Centre for Cities).
It’s an important commercial centre in the Thames Valley and Southern England, hosting the headquarters of several British companies and the UK offices of foreign multinationals. It has a significant historical involvement in the information technology industry, largely thanks to the early presence in the town of International Computers Limited and Digital. Major companies with bases in Reading include BG Group, ING Direct, Microsoft, Oracle, PepsiCo, Wrigley, Cisco, Ericsson, Symantec, Verizon Business and Commvault.
Ideally located near the heart of the town centre, with both easy access by rail and available parking, the Reading office offers a full range of compliance services and business advice to owner-managed businesses, multinationals and high net worth individuals in Reading and the wider Thames Valley.
Our accountants, tax and business advisers offer the following specialist advice to businesses and individuals:
Exit M4 at Junction 11, follow signs to Reading Town Centre and Caversham. Continue through several roundabouts and traffic lights and you will pass under a Railway Bridge next to a Fire Station. When you reach a large roundabout with TGI’s on the right, take the 2nd exit (right). Go straight across the next roundabout and Napier Court is approximately 100 yards on the right hand side, immediately after the BMW Garage. Parking is available at the office.
There is a regular service direct to Reading station from London Paddington (approximately 30 minute journey time). The station is a short walk from our office.
