Our team is dedicated to providing audit and other assurance services within the financial services sector to investment businesses and funds.
Years of experience in the industry has given us specialist knowledge of investment structures and strategies, as well as audit, accounting and regulatory requirements. Coupled with commitment to deadlines and client service, this experience is applied for the benefit of our clients.
We provide services to both start-ups and established businesses, and pride ourselves on our understanding of the industry as well as our collaborative and value for money work ethic.
The regulatory environment is a challenge that we help our clients to meet, not only by meeting filing deadlines but also by keeping abreast of change, whether in the form of tax legislation or the FCA’s response to European directives, and sharing our insights.
There are many types of investment business and we have the skills to work with them all, whether hedge, venture capital or private equity fund manager, broker-dealer, bond issuer, investment advisor or arranger, UCITS manager or AIFM.
The audit of financial statements is key to regulation of investment funds, both onshore in the UK and Ireland, and offshore in the Cayman Islands and elsewhere. We work with our clients and their fund administrators across the globe to meet the regulators’ deadlines.
We have experience of all types of fund investment strategy and structure and the capability to re-price quoted investment portfolios. We work through the various time zones using our combined London and Cayman team.
If you would like to discuss the audit or other professional services requirements of your investment management business or fund please contact our sector head Deborah Weston or send us an online enquiry.
